- Finely chop garlic and mix with spices, sriracha sauce and Hollywood Marmalade.
- In a large bowl, combine the sauce and drumettes. Save a little cup of the sauce on the side.
- Place the wings in a foil-lined shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 55 minutes, or until they are glazed and the chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing often with the extra sauce during the last 30 minutes of baking time.
Enjoy with a summer salad with strawberries and bleu cheese crumbles and, of course, an ice cold beer or a glass of Pinot Grigio. If you want to gear it closer to a dry wine...add more garlic!
