Don't like it? Broken? Just shoot me an email - let's talk about what I can do to fix the situation. I want you to be 100% happy with your jams and pantry items.

If anything shows up broken PLEASE take a photo of the box & the product. I will replace it free of charge. We all know how the post office can be a little rough on our packages these days.
