Great product but even better customer service!

Great products but more importantly, there is an extraordinary customer service with this business that is a welcomed surprise in this current commercial climate of most businesses just not really caring much about the after-sale impression. To the contrary, the proprietor herself went well above and beyond in correcting a shipping issue and I appreciate it so much. I'll be a forever customer.
